i wore socks with sandles

Sort of. Um, they’re heels. I thought I would try it out, see if it looked ridiculous. I mean, I have seen it done before. But usually it is done with a skirt, not jeans.

Anyway, if how you feel is any indication of whether or not you have “pulled something off” or not, I felt great drinking my americano at Starbucks in this outfit. The trench I think actually may have been 50 cents (or less!). I got it at one of those “whatever you can fit in a bag for three dollars” sales at a thrift shop. My FAVORITE thrift shop, which I am going to today after my son wakes up and after the beach. Hopefully some good outfit shots can be obtained at the beach!

The bow around my neck was from the waist of a dress. I always take the waist ties off clothes and keep them in a drawer. I much prefer a belt. And I usually find a use for them! Viola! A bow!
